Celebrate the festive season at KAI Restaurant – The Spice Table by Tokay, where tropical elegance meets fine dining. From December 15th to 27th, enjoy a limited-edition Christmas menu crafted with Indonesian inspiration and premium seasonal ingredients. On the 24th, a live saxophone performance will enrich the evening with a smooth festive ambiance.
KAI Oyster Trio
Three fresh Lombok mangrove oysters presented with our signature Indonesian vinaigrettes:
- Naniura – lime, andaliman pepper, garlic, shallots, turmeric, chili
- Sambal Matah – lemongrass, shallots, chili, kaffir lime leaves, lime juice, coconut oil
