SPA ETIQUETTE & ESSENTIALS
To begin your journey in total relaxation, we kindly ask that you arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. This allows time to enjoy our signature welcome refreshment and complete a brief consultation form. Please note that late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment time to honor the next guest’s booking.
Our spa is a sanctuary of stillness. We invite you to silence your mobile devices and speak softly to preserve the calm environment for yourself and others.
Please notify our concierge or your therapist of any health conditions, allergies, or injuries that may affect your treatment. For our Aloe Island Renewal, please let us know if you have any specific sun sensitivities.
We provide comfortable robes, slippers, and disposable underwear for your convenience. For treatments involving a Body Scrub, a private shower is included within your journey time to refresh before your massage.
To ensure each guest can fully enjoy their spa journey, we kindly ask for at least 6 hours notice should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made with less than 6 hours’ notice will incur a 50% charge of the reserved treatment. In the case of a no-show, the full treatment price will be charged. We understand that plans can change while on island time, please speak with our team, and we will always do our best to accommodate you with care and flexibility.
While our spa is a secure environment, we recommend leaving jewelry and precious items in your villa’s private safe or in the jewelry box given during your treatments.
Please note that all listed prices are subject to an additional 19% Government Tax and Service Charge, which will be added to your final bill. While gratuities for our therapists are never expected, they are always warmly appreciated should you feel you have received exceptional care.
